I ended up buying the xwide width in a 10.5. With a slight adjustment with included insoles, I felt like I had a custom fit. Usually, I need an 11 xwide, but these are a little on the larger side. Talk about comfortable! I have flat feet with beginning arthritis, bunions as well as beginning hammertoes on one foot. The toe box is wide and there is lots of cushioning in the shoe. First time I wore them was to a Christmas party. Walked the 3 blocks from where I stayed to the party, walked and stood a lot while at the party, then back the 3 blocks. Not one blister, no sore feet, and compliments from others on how cute they were. Total win!!! Will be buying more from this company. Well worth the money.
