I read in other reviews about the straps looking big or out to the sides. It's true. However, I played around with the placement of the straps around the ankle and somehow I made them fit so it wasn't too noticeable. I was wearing a long dress so it didn't really matter to me, I was more concern with me being able to walk comfortably all night in the wedding and I did. I am not a skinny lady and these shoes not only were comfortable, but they really hold their own on sturdiness. I recommend if you are looking to wear heels and feel comfortable. Just play around with the straps so they are not too loose and look weird.
